ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

Only a product and service offer from the Company presented in its publications on paper or in print online on its website " http://www.charelmojade.com »commits the Company for the duration of the offer, and under the conditions specified in the offer (in particular with regard to within the limits of available stock).

Any order, by any means whatsoever (postal mail or e-mail, telephone, etc.) sent by a Customer to the Company constitutes an offer to contract from Client, under the terms of these general conditions. The contract is concluded by the confirmation of the order by the Customer, established either by his first payment, or by return of confirmation of order, letter or e-mail, and the date of entry into force of the contract is retroactive to the date of the electronic signature of the order confirmation.

This date constitutes the starting point of the withdrawal period when the Customer responds to an offer of distance contract by electronic means and that he found in the legal conditions to dispose of it.

PRICE

The products are sold at the prices in effect at the time of the order as indicated in the publications of the Company and on the site " http://www.charelmojade.com " or in specific market conditions, communicated in the Company's offer relating to the contract concluded between the parties and accepted by them.

The prices are indicated in CFA Francs (FCFA).

All our prices are understood to include VAT and taxes, duties or other indirect contributions which would be due in application of Cameroonian law as well as the services to be compulsorily paid in addition by the Customer such as possible shipping costs.

PAYMENT

Unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, invoices are payable in cash, without discount.

The accepted payment methods are:

- Cash on Delivery

- Payment by Paypal

- Payment by national bank transfer ( In development phase)

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

Any amount not paid when due and within 30 days, automatically and without prior notice, late payment interest. For Consumer Customers, the Company calculates late payment interest at the legal rate in force.

In the event that the basic product or service offer is combined with the delivery of a product or '' another additional service, the default of payment by the Client within 30 days entails the obligation of the consumer Client to pay the Company a valuation of this product or this additional service at the cost price paid by the Company , possibly limited to the part of the contractual period expired in terms of full month.

In the event of default by the Customer at the end of the payment warning period, the Company reserves the right to right to stop any delivery of product or service.

The Company retains ownership of the products sold until full payment in principal, interest and costs.

DELIVERY

Unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, delivery of the products ordered is by delivery products in Cameroon, at the place designated by the Customer when ordering, or in one of the countries included in the country choice list determined and proposed by the Company in the order form. The countries which are not included in this list are excluded from the geographical area of ​​delivery.

Deliveries are carried out according to available stocks and in the order of reception of orders. The maximum delivery time for products delivered by the Company is three (3) working days from receipt of payment from the Customer.

The products to be delivered travel exclusively at the risk of the Customer.

The Company will be relieved of its obligation to deliver in the event of force majeure.

The methods of delivery and shipping offered are:

- Collection of the package at the CHAREL MOJADE Showroom (Mendong Gendarmerie - Yaoundé)

- Pick up at our Relay Point in Montée Jouvence entrance above the Snack Olympia

- Delivery to your office / Work place / domicile

- Shipping by Agence Garanti Express in Douala.

- Shipping by Agence Touristique pour Ngaoundéré.

RECEIPT - CLAIM - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The Customer undertakes to check the quality of the products delivered by the Company as soon as possible after their delivery. The Customer must in particular, without this list being exhaustive, upon receipt:

- proceed to open the packaging of the products with a view to their careful examination;

- check that the products delivered correspond perfectly to the use that the buyer intends to make of them;

Complaints relating to apparent defects must be made in writing within TWO (2) working days from the receipt of the package (from the day of delivery to the Customer), under penalty of foreclosure. Complaints relating to apparent defects must be addressed in order to be validly admitted, either:

- either by telephone, by calling the number 00237 69 01 64 760.

- or by E-mail to the electronic address: hello@charelmojade.com

When the consumer Customer places an order on the site www.charelmojade.com, he has the right to notify the Company that he waives the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 12 HOURS.

For the exercise of this right, the deadline runs:

< p> - For the provision of services, from the day of receipt by e-mail of the confirmation of his order.

The customer who renounces the purchase must notify it in writing, before expiration of the period of 4 days, to the Customer Service of the Company via the e-mail address at hellocharelmojade.com or by telephone on 00237690164760, and simultaneously res replace the products delivered in their original packaging and in good condition. The Customer bears the direct costs generated by the return of the products. The right of withdrawal is however excluded in the case of products already used by the Customer. In the latter case, no refund will be made.
